Responsibility

The responsibility of IHTT and its associate agencies worldwide and all international air carriers is limited. IHTT acts only as agent for the passengers in regard to travel whether by motor coach, private car, boats, aircraft, camels, donkeys or any other form of transportation, assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, delay of any kind, mechanical failure of equipment, of any company or person representing the company engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour or indirect results of acts of God or governments or other authorities de juro or de facto, wars declared or undeclared, hostilities, civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, incident to the sea or river, fire.

Improper passports, visas or other documents, delays of any kind, loss of luggage, electronics, personal effects, official documents, IHTT cannot assume and will not accept to be held responsible to any of the above. We suggest that you obtain the proper travel insurance from your insurance company or through your Travel Agent.

Our list of hotels, cruise line, diving vessels are categorized by deluxe (5stars), first class (4stars). Any claims addressed to the above should refer to our categorization of properties and not the publication by any book or magazine or listed by the owners of the properties published in the official government booklet.

All USA citizens traveling to any destinations worldwide should have a valid passport at least over 6 month of validity, visas may be obtain on arrival in certain countries, but other may require a visa before arrival, it is the responsibility of the traveler to inquire with the consulate of the countries visited before departure from the USA.

Cancellations & Refunds

Your deposit of $150.00 P.P. should be made and received by IHTT 10 working days from receiving the confirmation of any land tour package in this brochure. An Additional $100.00 P.P. should be made and received if it involves a diving package. To guarantee an air fares it is recommended to deposit a non refundable $50.00 P.P. toward that air fare. Air fares are always subject to change.

Full payment should be received 30 days before the start of the tour NO EXCEPTION.

Any change made by the traveler to the tour after confirmation, will be charged $25.00 per change.

1. Cancellation or rescheduling within 60 days of the tour, will be charged $50.00 P.P.,
2. Cancellation or rescheduling within 30 days of the tour, will be charged $150.00 P.P.,
3. Cancellation or rescheduling within 15 days of the tour, will be charged $250.00 P.P.
4. Cancellation or rescheduling within 7 days of the tour, will be charged $500.00 P.P.
5. Any cancellation received within 45 days of a diving programs NO REFUND.
